* Research and development of clustering algorithms, applied to semantics analyses, in the context of events detection using social networks data.
* Development of ASTra, a Python API using the SUMO traffic simulation engine. This API provides a remote access to a traffic simulation at runtime using TCP/IP connections and high level calls. He published a paper at the [http://isuw2013.ucd.ie/ Irish SUMO Users Workshop 2013] on this topic.
