Rémi Domingues was intern with PEL for 3 months in 2013. He mainly worked on the CAR Demo, giving it some simulations capabilities. Rémi has achieved the research projects below:

  • Research and development of clustering algorithms, applied to semantics analyses, in the context of events detection using social networks data.
  • Development of ASTra, a Python API using the SUMO traffic simulation engine. This API provides a remote access to a traffic simulation at runtime using TCP/IP connections and high level calls. He published a paper at the Irish SUMO Users Workshop 2013 on this topic.
