Congratulations to Quentin Bragard and Takfarinas Saber who claimed third prize at the biggest Blockchain Hackathon in Europe, which took place from 6th - 8th November in Dublin. Their project was called "Open Charity", a safe, decentralized system allowing users to issue IOUs ("I Owe You" tokens) as charitable donations.
