It's our pleasure to let everyone know Patrick McDonagh passed his PhD viva earlier today, his thesis was accepted with minor corrections and is entitled "Monitoring and Assuring Quality of Experience for Scalable Video Services". The Extern Examiner was Prof. Mohammed Atiquzzaman from the University of Oklahoma.
